Taylor’s style of Blues is sophisticated, powerful, and funky with jazz overtones presented as only she can. Taylor is known for her commanding stage presence, flash and glitz and her unique riveting 8pc band which boasts 6 women and 2 men.

Taylor is in negotiations with Hearon Records based in Las Vegas, Nevada and is really looking forward to recording her first CD as a Hearon Records recording artist!! Her music video “Wish I Knew” is up for a music video award and is currently being aired internationally with EC Scott Productions.

Production has begun on Taylor’s first indie feature film project entitled “Nectar” which will also mark her acting debut. A few of Taylor’s original tunes including “Wish I Knew” will be used in the soundtrack for the film. She will be collaborating on the soundtrack for the film with Pamela Charlles Arthur, keyboardist for the Taylor P. Collins Band, and her son Jeff Story.

Taylor’s credits also include the vocal arrangements/performance on five tunes on the “Blues at Eleven” CD project for Tom Lawson and Blueivry Music in Monterey, Ca. She is also involved with Moiko Records Charity Blues and Jazz Compilation CD projects and has an original tune on each of those compilations. She also sits on the Board of Griot Soul Films based in Oakland, Ca.
